Happy Monday! I’ve recently been doing my best to not only eat healthy, but get back into the groove of working out. One of the best ways to get me motivated to actually work out is always a good playlist. So last night I sat on Spotify for at least an hour listening to songs that would be perfect for hitting the gym. I like to listen to an array of music while I’m working out, as this playlist is an example of. There are a lot of songs on the playlist, but I tend to get over songs fairly quickly (especially when it’s a workout playlist) so I like to add a ton of songs so I’m not listening to the same ones every time.
I’m currently trying out the ‘Couch to 5K’ challenge, along with workout videos that I just find on YouTube to help target certain areas of my body. If I can keep up with the ‘Couch to 5K’ I will definitely be sharing my experience with it. I really want to try to get back into running and improving my pace, endurance, etc. Running in Florida during the summer is not an easy task (you fellow Floridians understand).
