June Goals | 2017

Happy June! I cannot believe that this year is basically almost over. If you graduated from high school, college, grad school, etc. congratulations! It’s still weird thinking how I’ll never go back to school and that I’m a full-blown adult… as of right now I still don’t have a confirmed plan, but I’m hoping for some news in the next couple weeks so fingers crossed and positive vibes!

I apologize for being a little late on my goals for this month, but I wanted to write it when I was back to the reality of being home, etc. Since I’m no longer in school I’m going to be doing one blogging goal and two personal goals. Hopefully, once I find a job and move to a new city I can make that the other category.

+ Create a blog series
Since I’m trying to get back into my blogging groove, I really want to try to make a new series. I loved the mood boards, but I felt like they got a little too repetitive for every week. I may go back and do one at the end of every month, or the beginning, in order to recap that month or help inspire myself for that month, but I’ll have to see. If you have any ideas or requests for a series, it can be related to anything, I’d love to hear them!

+ Read two books this month
I read one book in the first week of being home, and I want to continue that streak. I haven’t read another yet, but I have a whole stack of books that I want to read. I recently got back into my Goodreads and I think it’s a great way to stay inspired with reading. I’m open to tons of suggestions, so I’d love to hear what book you’re loving at the moment.

+ Drink more water
When I was at school, I thought I did a good job of drinking water constantly. But now that I’m home, it’s kind of slipped. I still have my huge Swell bottle, and I want to try to drink at least two of them a day. There are so many benefits to drinking more water and I want to make sure I’m doing my body good!

  • Drinking water is always at the top of my to-do list. I’d say my goal for the month is to be eating mostly clean 6 days a week, as I have a beach birthday vacation coming up at the end of June. I hope you hear good news this month!
