February Goals | 2018

We made it folks!

Happy February! I’m jumping on the bandwagon when I say that January seemed like three months in one. Did you guys think that? I was super excited to start my new year off on the right foot, and hope that I can keep it up this month.

Last month I wanted to get back into the blogging routine, which I think I made a good attempt at. Towards the end of the month, I stepped back again because I was afraid of being over-saturated and not putting out high-quality posts, but I have so many ideas for genuinely good posts this month and I cannot wait to share!

There are several things that I want to accomplish this month, keeping my fingers crossed that I am still able to stay on track!

My February Goals

+ Make a YouTube Channel & Amp Up Instagram

This is a goal that I am so extremely excited for! YouTube is something that I have always wanted to incorporate into the blog, and I’m trying to make this month the month that I do! I have a couple ideas for videos and made a schedule, so definitely be on the lookout! I also want to really amp up my Instagram because I don’t post as often as I would like to, or post high-quality images as much as I would like to. I want to try to start taking pictures with my actual camera, rather than my phone, and start using Instagram stories more so make sure you’re following me here! (Shameless self-promo…)

+ Meditate *at least* three times a week

I got myself into a routine for working out, and I want to improve my mindfulness as well. I think meditating as on my overall 2018 goals, and I want to introduce it into my routine this month. I’ve heard so many great things about meditating and am so excited to start my journey! If you guys have any tips for meditating or apps to use, definitely let me know!

+ Introduce more greens into my food

I’ve definitely started eating a lot healthier since 2018 started, but there are still significant areas where I can improve. I really want to start my day with a green juice or smoothie, and I want to overall cook more greens! My go-to is just a salad and voila, so I’m excited to experiment in the kitchen more. If you have a favorite recipe, don’t hesitate to share!
